How to Create Your Google Proxy

Because FoxESS blocks direct browser connections, we use a free Google Apps Script to securely route your requests.

1. Go to script.google.com and sign in.
2. Click New Project.
3. Delete any existing code and paste the exact code below:

4. Click Deploy (top right) > New deployment.
5. Click the gear icon next to "Select type" and choose Web app.
6. Set Execute as to Me.
7. Set Who has access to Anyone (Crucial!).
8. Click Deploy and copy the generated "Web app URL".
9. Paste that URL into the login screen!

⚠️ Important Note

In your official FoxESS app, you must set the "Remaining Time" mode in the Mode Scheduler to "Self-use" for these automations to function safely and correctly.

These parameters are sent natively to the FoxESS inverter to protect battery health during forced charging and discharging modes.
